Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This helps you play responsibly within your budget. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately, but raising it requires a 7-day waiting period.
Time Limits and Session Controls
Taking breaks from long gaming sessions is important. You can set a daily or weekly time limit for your gaming sessions. Once the set time is reached, you will be automatically alerted and logged out.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that controlling your gaming is becoming difficult, choose the self-exclusion option. You can suspend your account from 1 week up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, logging in or depositing will not be possible.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance how much money you are willing to lose over a given period. Once that limit is reached, the system will prevent you from continuing to play. This tool is one of the most effective ways to game responsibly.
Reality Check
At regular intervals you are reminded how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. These alerts help you stay aware and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
Our specialist team is always available to talk about gaming concerns. Support is available in Bengali around the clock via live chat. Your information is kept completely confidential.
